Seguros360 (operated by PIB LLC, 800 SE 4th Ave Suite 712, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, USA) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and your rights.

1. Information we collect

We collect the information you voluntarily provide to us when you request a quote, contact us or purchase a policy: name, email address, phone number, country of residence, age, and the information needed to quote and manage your international health insurance.

2. How we use your information

We use your data exclusively to: prepare and send you insurance quotes; manage the issuance and renewal of policies; provide you with service and follow-up on your requests; and send you communications related to your service by email, phone, WhatsApp or SMS when you have authorized it.

3. We do not share your information

Your personal information, including your phone number and your consent to receive text messages (SMS), will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share the data strictly necessary with the relevant insurers in order to issue or administer the policy you request.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive SMS messages from Seguros360, you will receive service messages such as quote confirmations, appointment reminders and renewal notices. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You may reply HELP for assistance or STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service.

4-bis. Health data (claims analysis)

If you use our claims analysis service, we may receive information related to your health (for example, diagnoses, medical reports or explanations of benefits) that you voluntarily share with us. This information is used exclusively to analyze and manage your claim with the relevant insurer. We treat it with an enhanced level of protection: access restricted solely to the staff handling your case, storage in systems with access controls, and it is never shared with third parties other than your insurer or used for marketing purposes. We retain this information only for the duration of the claim management and the retention period required by applicable insurance regulations, after which it is deleted. You may request its early deletion by writing to jb@seguros360.com (subject to legal retention obligations).

5. Security and retention

We protect your data with reasonable technical and organizational measures and retain it only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by applicable law.
